As our second level nears completion we were finally able to start our delayed semester yesterday 12/22 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Luckily the area barely has an infection rate due to how rural the area is. KG1 and KG2 has started being taught for those students that have completed the previous semester.
We want to make a special shout out to the Adane legacy Organization for their recent most generous donation of $1500! This is the first part of their donation towards having the library named after his fathers legacy which is something for the children to look up to. Check out their website here
We want to thank all those that generously donated during Facebooks #GivingTuesday and were able to utilize their 100% match guarantee! Just know this support is multiplied in rural areas like Adulala, Ethiopia. We will continue to post progress of the schools infrastructure and how far along the students are in their current semester he sure to follow our Instagram and like our Facebook page.
